Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 5–7+ years of experience.
• Experience with interviewing, training, and policy guidance.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Support the local HR team with employee record administration and policy guidance.
• Assist in day-to-day employee management and compliance initiatives.
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training.
• Develop and maintain employee relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Resolve complex problems using HR knowledge and participate in HR workstream projects.
• Stay current with HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.
