Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring an HR Generalist to support HR operations and policy interpretation. The role handles employee records, training, interviewing, and compliance activities within a full-time, on-site environment.

You will administer compensation, benefits, and training programs while building relationships across all levels of the organization and addressing complex HR issues with current industry practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related HR experience or HS diploma with 5–7+ years in HR.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced HR roles.
• Strong preference for union/labor relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the local HR team with employee record administration, compliance with laws, training, interviewing, and special projects while providing policy guidance and interpretation to employees as the HR Generalist.
• Assist in day-to-day employee management, support HR compliance initiatives, and help reduce legal risks to ensure compliance.
• Administer and execute HR programs, including compensation, benefits, and training.
• Develop and maintain employee relationships at all levels of the organization, from frontline to senior management.
• Resolve complex HR problems using HR knowledge, engage in HR workstream projects, and support employee engagement through interviews and investigations.
• Stay current with HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
• Other duties as assigned
