Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks an HR Generalist to support the local HR team in Roanoke, TX. You will handle employee records, ensure compliance with laws, assist with training, interviewing, and special projects, and provide policy guidance to employees.

This role participates in HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training; builds strong employee relationships from frontline to management; stays current with HR trends and regulatory changes; background checks and drug screening may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years related HR experience or HS diploma with 5–7+ years specific HR experience.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced HR responsibilities.
• Experience in HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Support the local HR team with employee record administration and compliance.
• Assist in training, interviewing, and special HR projects.
• Provide policy guidance and interpretation to employees.
• Participate in HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training.
• Develop and maintain relationships from frontline to senior management.
• Stay updated on HR trends, regulatory changes, and technologies.
