Job summary

Reyes Holdings and its businesses seek an HR Generalist to support the local HR team with employee records, policy guidance, training, and interviewing. You will assist in day-to-day employee management, ensure compliance, administer HR programs across compensation, benefits, and development, and foster relationships from frontline staff to leadership.

The role emphasizes staying current with regulatory changes, taking on special projects, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or HS diploma with 5–7+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the local HR team with employee record administration, compliance with laws, training, interviewing, and policy interpretation.
• Assist in day-to-day employee management, support compliance initiatives, and help reduce legal risks.
• Administer and execute HR programs, including compensation, benefits, and training.
• Develop and maintain employee relationships at all levels, from frontline to senior management.
• Resolve complex problems using HR knowledge and engage in HR workstream projects.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience

HS Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5–7+ years of experience

Master's Degree (preferred)
