Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR team with employee records, policy interpretation, and training initiatives. You will assist in day-to-day employee management, support compliance programs, and help minimize legal risk while promoting positive employee relations across all levels.

The role also involves administering HR programs, including compensation and benefits, and staying current with HR trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
• Master's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Support HR team with employee records and policy guidance
• Assist in interviewing and training initiatives
• Administer HR programs including compensation and benefits
• Maintain employee relationships across all levels of the organization
• Resolve complex issues using HR knowledge and assist in special projects
