Job summary

CMC, a Fortune 500® company, is seeking an HR Recruiter in Columbia, SC. You will staff openings, conduct orientations, and ensure compliance with EEO and state laws while supporting benefits education and employee development.

You’ll partner with leaders to build a strong workplace culture, manage data in our systems, and help resolve employee relations concerns while promoting training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in HR with recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training or labor relations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing needs are met in a timely manner.
• Manage recruiting activity and documentation in the ATS and compliance with policies.
• Conduct new employee orientations and support onboarding.
