Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• 5–7 years HR experience with at least 1 year payroll processing experience.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems such as ADP, Paycom, Workday, Paylocity, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS and personnel files; prepare HR reports and compliance docs.
• Back up Payroll & Compensation duties: bi-weekly payroll, timesheets, deductions, and year-end statements.
