Waste Pro USA Inc. seeks an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, policies, procedures, and programs. You will partner with managers to ensure staffing levels, onboard new hires, process payroll, and administer benefits. The role requires strong organization, planning and accuracy.

You will support benefits open enrollment, investigations, turnover analysis, and HRIS data integrity. The role collaborates across teams, supports training and performance processes.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related field.
• 2 years HR/Payroll/Training experience.
• PHR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Staffing support: posting requisitions, outreach, sourcing resumes and offers.
• Onboarding, direct deposit, pay changes, promotions, transfers and terminations.
• Benefits administration and annual open enrollment support.
