Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR functions across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations. You will partner with managers to implement HR policies, maintain employee records, and ensure legal compliance.

The role requires strong communication, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. SHRM/PHR certification preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Broad experience with recruiting, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and HR administration
• Strong knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance
• Experience working with payroll and/or PEO systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day HR function
• Handle full-cycle recruiting from job postings through offers
• Manage onboarding and offboarding
• Manage payroll and coordinate with payroll/PEO provider
• Administer employee benefits
• Handle employee relations, complaints, and workplace issues
• Assist with disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
• Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and employee records
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Manage unemployment claims and assist with HR audits
• Maintain HR systems and prepare workforce/HR reports
