Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience including payroll, benefits, onboarding.
• Experience in a small-to-midsize business environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including regular wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and adjustments.
• Manage onboarding process and new-hire setup in HRIS/payroll system; draft offer letters and welcome letters.
• Administer benefits programs, enrollments, changes, and terminations; respond to questions about eligibility and coverage.
• Administer workers’ compensation program and perform related GL support and audits.
• Support employee relations and conflict resolution; document incidents and resolutions.
• Track and manage accounts payable items for the Small Business unit; assist with minor HR accounting functions.
• Prepare and distribute company communications, including the newsletter; perform other HR duties as assigned.
