Job summary

Hredge is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Atlanta team, on-site. This role covers employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, payroll oversight, and organizational development, partnering with leadership to build a high-performance workplace.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, solid knowledge of federal/state laws, and hands-on HRIS expertise. This on-site position supports a 100+ employee payroll and benefits program within a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, EEOC).
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Vensure, ADP, Workday, BambooHR, or similar).
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Priorexperience in a company with 100+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and policy administration.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, performance management, and policy enforcement.
• Provide guidance on HR procedures and conflict resolution.
• Support disciplinary processes, PIPs, and terminations per policy and law.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace aligned with values.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Assist benefits administration and open enrollment; coordinate with vendors.
• Review payroll for 100+ employees and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Audit payroll data using Venture software and approve submissions.
