Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience preferred.
• Ability to operate computer equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Manager on day-to-day operations.
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure HRIS captures all relevant employee data.
• Prepare reports, forms, audits, and surveys.
• Maintain the employee handbook and ensure compliance.
• Support employees with HR-related needs.

Skills

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Working knowledge of automated payroll systems

ADP experience

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality

Ability to prioritize multiple complex tasks

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
