Job summary

The Addison Group is seeking an HR/Payroll professional to support multi-state payroll, benefits administration, and onboarding. You will maintain certified payroll data in ADP, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related tasks while maintaining accurate records and responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Experience handling multi-state payroll and benefits.
• Knowledge of payroll tax filings and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with recruitment support and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state bi-weekly payroll accurately.
• Maintain certified payroll job details and update ADP data.
• Create and submit certified payroll reports to required entities.
• Ensure timely payroll general ledger reporting in chart of accounts.
• Administer benefits and conduct orientations.
