Job summary

Variosystems is seeking an HR Generalist in Southlake, TX to support payroll through ADP, manage benefits inquiries, and assist onboarding. The ideal candidate will handle sensitive information with discretion and collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate payroll postings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years HR experience with payroll.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS systems; ADP WFN experience and SAP a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
• Ensure accuracy of employee data (new hires, terminations, changes).
• Review and reconcile payroll reports; resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate payroll postings.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Serve as first contact for employee benefits inquiries (health, dental, vision, 401(k)).
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes and open enrollment.
• Liaise with benefit providers and brokers to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate benefits records and ACA/ COBRA compliance.
• Support benefits communication and onboarding processes.
