Job summary

Zebby Sulecki Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage weekly payroll and benefits while supporting the full employee lifecycle.

This role serves as a trusted resource for employees and supervisors, maintains accurate records, coordinates recruiting and onboarding, and helps administer leave, workers' compensation, and other HR programs. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in HR or related field and at least three years of HR, payroll, and benefits experience, with

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• At least 3 years of HR, payroll, and benefits administration experience.
• Demonstrated experience processing payroll and maintaining highly accurate, confidential employee records.
• Experience with Paylocity, Employee Navigator, or comparable HRIS/Payroll systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Review timecards, discrepancies, and payroll changes; resolve issues with employees and supervisors.
• Maintain payroll registers, tax reports, earnings reports, and month-end records.
• Administer new-hire benefits enrollment and open enrollment activities.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and background checks.
• Manage leaves, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work processes.
• Maintain confidential electronic personnel files and HR records.
• Support audits and compliance activities using Paylocity and related systems.
