Under the supervision of the HR Manager, you will help administer programs, maintain accurate records, and partner with leadership to advance workforce development and onboarding excellence.

The role emphasizes employee relations, benefits administration, and data integrity across HRIS platforms, promoting efficient service delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum of two years HR experience; benefits, onboarding, and compliance exposure preferred.
• Paylocity HRIS experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to employees and managers on policies, benefits, leave, and employee relations.
• Administer HR programs and process personnel actions and status changes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration programs.
• Assist with payroll data validation and system maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and related regulations.
