Catholic Funeral and Cemetery Services of the Diocese of Sacramento, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations at The Pastoral Center, CFCS.

This full-time role reports to the HR Manager and collaborates across departments to ensure policy compliance and accurate recordkeeping. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office

Qualifications

• Education as stated: Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field.
• Three to five years of HR experience in payroll, benefits, and recruitment.
