Job summary

Sacred Heart Schools, Atherton is seeking an HR Generalist to support administration and delivery of Human Resources programs. You will oversee employee benefits, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, compliance, onboarding, HRIS data administration, and payroll backend collaborations with departments and external partners.

The role partners with the HR Director to deliver exceptional employee experiences, while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible HR experience
• HR certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit plans and open enrollment processes
• Manage leaves of absence, accommodations, and workers' compensation
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate reports
• Support compliance with employment laws and HR policies
• Coordinate onboarding and employee experience, including orientation
• Provide backup support for payroll and personnel actions
