Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or at least 2 years HR experience.
• Familiarity with federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO).
• Experience recruiting and onboarding for entry-level and hourly roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to build trust.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including operations and production leadership.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with employees and managers on employee relations and performance management.
• Source and recruit talent at all levels to support expansion.
• Administer safety policies and manage workers’ compensation claims from report to resolution.
• Coordinate performance reviews and align goals with company objectives.
• Serve as liaison between employees and management for open communication.
• Track leave (FMLA, LOA, PTO) accurately and compliantly.
