Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or related role in dynamic environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and HRIS functionality.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR operational advisor and partner with site managers.
• Support leaders with guidance on compensation and talent management.
• Coordinate recruitment and performance appraisal activities.
• Maintain employee data within the HRIS system.
