Job summary

Loopy Cases is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our employees and strengthen HR systems, processes, and programs as we scale.

In this role you will handle onboarding, records management, benefits coordination, performance processes, and employee relations, while partnering with leadership to ensure compliance and excellent service. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive human resources experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including I-9 verification and employee files.
• Maintain accurate employee records, benefits documentation, and attendance records.
• Assist with benefits administration and enrollment changes.
• Support performance review processes, document prep, and scheduling.
• Respond to routine inquiries and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Support leave, accommodation, attendance, and return-to-work processes.
• Help ensure compliance with laws, policies, and HR best practices.
• Assist with HR audits, policy updates, and communications.
