Loopy Cases, a family-founded eCommerce brand, is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, partner with leadership, and strengthen scalable people processes.

The role focuses on onboarding, records management, benefits coordination, and compliance while maintaining confidentiality. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values a high-performing employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including I-9 verification and file maintenance.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, benefits, and HR files.
• Assist with benefits administration and coordination with payroll providers.
• Support performance review processes by preparing docs and tracking timelines.
• Answer routine employee inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Support leave of absence, accommodation, and return-to-work processes.
• Help ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
• Contribute to HR audits, policy updates, and internal communications.
