Job summary

Blue Coral Staffing Corp. is seeking an HR Generalist to support onboarding, HR operations and compliance for employees across the lifecycle.

This in-office role in Las Vegas requires collaboration with employees, leaders and shared-services teams to maintain accurate records and deliver a high-quality employee experience. You will assist with onboarding, payroll reporting, talent acquisition, and HR programs while contributing to an established and growing organization.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ professional experience in HR, People Operations, Payroll, Benefits Administration or Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes with documentation, notifications, system updates and stakeholder coordination
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires to ensure a positive onboarding experience
• Coordinate pre-employment activities and maintain accurate employee records
• Support payroll and benefits reporting and respond to inquiries
• Assist with talent acquisition activities, including job description refinement and ATS posting
• Coordinate interviews and candidate presentations with hiring managers
• Draft offers and perform background checks
• Support annual HR initiatives and reporting across the organization
