Job summary

Suncoast is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to deliver day-to-day HR services and create a positive employee experience from onboarding through ongoing employment in our Houston, TX operations.

You will partner with managers to design onboarding and training plans, support employee development, maintain HR records, manage HRIS data, and assist with leave, performance, recruiting, analytics, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience; manufacturing/industrial setting preferred.
• Experience with onboarding, HRIS administration, training, performance management, and general HR functions.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
• Experience with an HRIS/HR management system; ADP experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and improve employee onboarding and experience.
• Support learning, development and training programs.
• Assist with performance management and employee development planning.
• Perform daily HRIS administration and maintain records.
• Provide HR support to employees and managers and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate leave administration, recruiting support, and labor analytics.
• Assist with compliance, audits and HR policy implementation.
