Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management in Florida seeks an HR Generalist to perform HR duties across regions, including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, training, policy implementation, recruitment, data management and payroll processing.

The role requires associates degree or equivalent, PC proficiency, and payroll/HR experience (UltiPro/Kronos preferred). You will support audits, privacy compliance, and employee wellbeing while promoting our service standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer.
• Previous payroll/HR experience, preferably with UltiPro and/or Kronos.

Responsibilities

• Processes payroll documents for all employees at the facility per policy.
• Handles new hire forms and payroll tax withholding setup.
• Manages benefits enrollment and eligibility for employees.
• Maintains confidential employee records and data management.
• Assists in OSHA/Workers' Compensation tracking and reporting.
• Supports onboarding, training, and policy implementation.
• Addresses employee relations issues per HR policy and directs them as needed.
• Participates in audits and privacy/compliance activities.
