Job summary

Sun Orchard seeks an HR Generalist to join our Boca Raton office, supporting day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing environment. You will handle payroll, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HRIS management to ensure accurate payroll processing and a positive onboarding experience for new hires.

You will partner with hiring managers, maintain files, and support open enrollment, leave management, and performance initiatives while upholding confidentiality and HR best

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Experience processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now (WFN) required.
• Knowledge of HR laws, payroll practices, and employment compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure accuracy of data.
• Review time and attendance records, resolve discrepancies, ensure timely payroll submission.
• Coordinate all new hire onboarding activities and prepare employment documentation.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and development initiatives.
• Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave management.
