Acadia Healthcare is seeking an HR Support professional to assist the Human Resources Director with processing and updating employee information, personnel files and new hire paperwork at the Beaver Brook campus in Delaware.

Responsibilities include onboarding coordination, maintaining UltiPro data, payroll support, and answering HR policy questions while contributing to multiple HR initiatives and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in a progressively responsible HR role.

Responsabilités

• Administers HR duties for the facility including staffing, payroll, and employee relations.
• Coordinate onboarding and benefits orientation; support training programs.
• Advise managers on performance management, compensation, and recruitment.
• Enter and maintain employee data in UltiPro and keep personnel files current.
• Assist with special HR projects and activities as assigned.
