Job summary

Acadia Healthcare, located in Delaware, is seeking a dedicated Temporary Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, leave management and compliance in a fast-paced setting. You will handle staffing, interviews, onboarding processes, HRIS data entry in UltiPro, training programs, compensation analysis, and routine employee relations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
Three or more years’ experience in a progressively responsible HR role.

Responsibilities

Staffing, payroll, employee relations, etc.
Interviews for positions; set salary levels for positions and budgets.
Onboarding of new employees; UltiPro data entry and communication to departments.
Coordinate new hire and benefits orientation, training programs, hiring support, job analysis, compensation analysis, and/or routine employee relations.
Provide coaching and consultation to managers and other employees to help solve HR problems.
Work with managers to resolve and prevent employee relations issues.
Provide information on employee programs and policies.
Enter and maintain all employee information in UltiPro (HRIS).
Maintain personnel files including training records and new hire paperwork.
Advise managers on performance management, workforce planning, compensation issues.
