Greengate Fresh LLLP in Yuma, AZ, is seeking a Human Resources Representative to support day-to-day HR functions including recruiting, new hire orientations, training, performance management, safety, benefits, and payroll.

The role requires 2–5 years HR experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and a bachelor’s in HR or business. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and confidential information, with occasional travel to Salinas, CA.

Formación

• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in employee relations.
• Experience or exposure to employment law and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve conflicts among employees and manage performance or conduct.
• Handle workplace disputes and disciplinary procedures, including Performance Improvement Plans.
• Perform HR activities (employment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations).
• Lead recruitment: post ads, screen applicants, coordinate hiring and pre-employment testing.
• Prepare onboarding and termination documentation.
• Conduct new-hire training programs (Orientation).
• Maintain confidentiality within HR Department at all times.
• Assist with safety policies and participate in safety committee meetings.
