Gardaworld Federal Services Llc in El Paso, TX is seeking an HR Generalist for a temporary-to-permanent placement. You will support onboarding, employee relations, and HR processes, reporting to the HR Director.

The role requires knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and confidentiality; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential; experience with HRIS such as Costpoint is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Generalist.
• Understanding of HR policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Proficient in MS Office; HRIS familiarity preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Aptitude in problem-solving and teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as HR Business Partner to Project leadership.
• Provide HR services including records management and compliance.
• Maintain HR records and employee files per regulations.
• Collaborate with payroll and other departments on confidential information.
• Coach and consult in employee relations and performance management.
• Develop HR solutions by analyzing information and recommending actions.
• Assist onboarding and exit processes with project leadership.
• Handle assignments and support the project as needed.
• Monitor day and night shift staffing with a flexible schedule.
