Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience administering benefit programs
• Experience processing payroll using ADP Systems and Workday preferred

Responsibilities

• Follows Legends Global HR policies to ensure compliance
• Performs recruitment activities and candidate management
• Maintains benefits records and administers payroll
• Responds to inquiries regarding policies and programs
• Assists in salary and performance reviews administration
• Maintains OSHA logs and workers' compensation files
• Processes bi-weekly payroll using ADP Enterprise HR and Workday
• Ensures accuracy in wage garnishments and deductions
• Supports reporting for insurance and regulatory needs
• Performs other duties as assigned
