You will maintain confidential employee records, assist with payroll/timekeeping, training, and reporting. Requires 2+ years of HR Generalist experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, bilingual capabilities, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR Generalist or related HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Bilingual
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsabilités

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
• Maintain confidential employee records and HRIS information
• Support employee relations and respond to employee questions
• Assist with benefits administration and enrollment
• Monitor attendance and leave records
• Assist with performance reviews and disciplinary processes
• Support payroll and timekeeping activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Prepare HR reports and assist with training and special projects
