Job summary

Revolution Geosystems in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR functions across multiple companies. You will coordinate postings, screenings, onboarding, and HR documentation while maintaining records in ADP and ensuring compliance across states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Previous HR or administrative experience preferred; transferable experience encouraged.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices is a plus.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred but not required; willingness to pursue development.
• Experience with ADP or similar HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Prepare offer letters, coordinate background checks, and assist with hiring documentation.
• Onboard and orient new hires, including Form I-9 and E-Verify.
• Maintain employee records and HR files in ADP.
• Process status changes and HR-related forms.
• Assist with HR policies, procedures, and routine inquiries.
• Support employee relations and performance management.
• Coordinate separations and offboarding.
• Track required employee training and compliance documents.
• Monitor aviation credentials, licenses, and medical certificates.
• Assist with federal and multistate employment compliance and audits.
• Maintain HR materials and communications in ADP.
• Support workplace safety initiatives and a professional environment.
• Maintain HR information and reports using ADP and other systems.
• Support HR projects and SOP development.
• Coordinate with Payroll & Benefits for personnel changes.
