This role will provide administrative and operational support for onboarding, employee relations, HR data management, and compliance. This position offers a hybrid work environment depending on business needs and requires occasional travel to regional offices.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and has 1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in multi-state employee management. A commitment to confidentiality and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of human resources or HR administrative experience required.
• Experience supporting multi-state employee populations preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
• Administer new hire check-in process and offboarding.
• Manage and maintain I-9 compliance and audits.
• Provide administrative support for employee relations matters.
• Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS.
