Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR administration, employment law, employee relations, recruiting, and benefits.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems.
• Experience in recruitment and DEI initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• PHR or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of HR programs and processes.
• Support labor and employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts, interviews, and new-hire orientation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and maintain documentation.
