Job summary

Revolution Geosystems in Huntsville, Alabama seeks an organized HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR functions across multiple companies and locations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and confidentiality, with experience in onboarding, records management, and HR compliance using ADP and other systems.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technology and software systems.
• Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices is a plus.
• Experience with ADP or similar HR systems is a plus.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Prepare offer letters, coordinate background checks, and assist with hiring documentation.
• Conduct new-hire onboarding and orientation, including Form I-9 and E-Verify processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in ADP.
• Assist employees and managers with HR policies, procedures, and routine questions.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and corrective action processes.
• Coordinate employee separations, offboarding, and company property tracking.
• Coordinate and track required employee training, policy acknowledgments, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain HR policies, training materials, and employee communications in ADP.
