Job summary

ConvenientMD seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to oversee onboarding, status changes, terminations, I-9 and background checks, and confidential file maintenance. The role partners with finance and talent acquisition to improve the employee experience across New England.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in onboarding, reporting, HRIS, and strong MS Office/Smartsheet skills, plus ADP Workforce Now experience.

Qualifications

1–3 years of onboarding, employee relations, reporting, and HRIS administration.
Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business Administration or equivalent.
Strong computer skills including MS Office and Smartsheet.
1+ year experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities

Oversee onboarding, status changes, terminations, I-9 and background check compliance.
Manage employee files, audits, reporting, and confidentiality.
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Finance and HR teams on processes.
Develop training materials and routine HR correspondence.
Respond to employment verification requests and credentialing.
Produce standard HR reports and ad-hoc data as needed.
Support HR technology upgrades and special projects.
