Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or 2–3 years HR experience.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Labor law knowledge and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and educate on HR policies and procedures.
• Enter data into HR information systems and audit for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain physical and digital employee files and documents.
• Collaborate with benefits administrators, search firms, and vendors.
• Investigate employee complaints and manage grievances.
• Take disciplinary action when needed and enforce company rules.
• Produce and submit HR activity reports.
