Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities, including candidate communications and background screenings.
• Manage employee benefits onboarding, enrollment support, and related communications.
• Ensure compliance with I-9 requirements and employment verification.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR data integrity across systems.
• Support HR projects, reporting, and process improvements within HR operations.
• Coordinate offboarding activities and HR-related documentation as needed.
