Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years HR experience preferred.
• 1 year payroll processing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (or 5 years equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Process payroll, leave, and benefits administration.
• Support employee relations and investigations.
• Ensure training tracking and compliance documentation.
• Assist recruiting and local interviews with Talent Manager.
• Onboard new hires in HRIS and conduct orientation.
• Manage HRIS and payroll systems using available tools.
• Prioritize multiple projects with minimal supervision.
