Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational/Industrial Psychology, Business Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment: write/update job descriptions, source candidates, manage ATS, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, assist with offers.
