Thom Child & Family Services in Framingham, MA is seeking an HR Generalist who will function as an Assistant Director for the HR Department, providing expert guidance on employee relations, benefits management, onboarding and leave administration. The role serves as the primary HR contact, supporting the HR/Payroll team and program directors.

The position collaborates with program directors and leadership to ensure compliant HR processes, effective onboarding, and high-quality staff support,

• Supervise and oversee HR tasks with the HR Coordinator to ensure timely completion and resolve issues.
• Oversee onboarding for new hires and coordinate monthly orientation with HR, Training, and Development departments.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Director of HR and HR/Payroll, interpreting policies and handling employee relations.
• Administer and analyze HR metrics; support initiatives to improve HR practices and organizational goals.
• Maintain knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and assist with benefits and HRIS tasks.
