Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HR policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace matters.
• Support employee relations and guide managers and employees.
• Assist with talent acquisition, interviews, and onboarding.
• Assist with performance management, development, and engagement programs.
• Coordinate benefits administration and communications.
• Assist with immigration compliance and work authorization processes.
• Administer HR programs ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Generate HR reports and workforce metrics.
• Maintain employee records across HR systems.
• Support office operations and employee events.
• Contribute to policy development and process improvements.
