Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years of professional office/administrative experience.
• Experience handling sensitive or confidential information preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all new hire onboarding activities.
• Prepare new hire paperwork, employment documents, and personnel files.
• Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding requirements.
• Coordinate system access requests, equipment assignments, and onboarding communications.
• Process employee status changes, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and separations.
• Assist with offboarding activities, exit documentation, and employee file maintenance.
• Serve as primary contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and practices.
• Provide responsive and professional customer service to employees and managers.
• Support HR processes and resources.
• Maintain HR records in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Assist with compliance audits and HR reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Assist with job postings and recruitment activities.
• Maintain HRIS and related systems; generate reports.
