Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations and assist with workplace concerns and investigations.
• Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Administer benefits and assist with leave management programs (FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation).
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
• Process personnel changes and maintain HRIS data accuracy.
• Assist with employee engagement and retention programs.
