Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations onsite in Radnor, PA. The role supports employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management, ensuring a smooth HR workflow.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 5+ years of HR experience including generalist responsibilities, and professional certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a generalist level or above.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of leadership.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: postings, sourcing, interviewing, ATS, screenings, offers, onboarding.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, leave administration, and HR policies.
• Support payroll and timekeeping, resolving discrepancies and coordinating with payroll.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; support audits and policy administration.
• Coordinate new hire orientations, trainings, and employee engagement programs.
• Assist with compensation activities, including market research and salary administration.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports, metrics, and workforce data.

About the Job

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, applicant tracking, screenings, offer preparation, and onboarding.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding employee relations, performance management, leave administration, workplace concerns, and HR policies and procedures.
• Support payroll and timekeeping administration, including reviewing information, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with payroll functions.
• Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and support HR audits, reporting, policy administration, and related compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate new hire orientations, exit interviews, employee training, and other programs supporting employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• Assist with compensation activities, including market research, salary administration, job documentation, and maintenance of compensation programs.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports, metrics, and workforce data to support business and HR initiatives.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, with 2+ years in a generalist level or above.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees and leadership at all levels.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems as well as Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in a professional or corporate environment is a plus.
• Contract-to-hire opportunity is best suited for an HR professional with 5+ years of progressive experience, and 2+ years at a generalist level or above.
• Role offers up to $90,000 once brought on permanently, commisserate with experience, with a comparable hourly rate under contract.
• Role is fully onsite.
