Job summary

Datamark, Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support the US production site in El Paso, TX. The role partners with Operations, administering HR programs, maintaining records, and ensuring labor law compliance.

Expect data-driven HR support, employee relations, and policy guidance from Monday to Friday hours. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, strong HRIS and analytics skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HR, with at least 3 years as HR Generalist.
• Experience in data analytics and HRIS data management highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead as HR partner for Operations teams, guiding employee relations and HR best practices.
• Deploy HR policies, programs, and initiatives to improve operations and organizational capability.
• Own site data reporting and analyses; monitor HR indicators and program performance.
• Ensure data integrity in HR systems with timely audits and data entry.
• Support investigations on employee relations and ethics matters with clear reports.
