Datamark, Inc. in El Paso, TX is seeking an HR Specialist to advance HR functions and improve the employee experience. The role covers recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, solid HR process knowledge, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. This is a full-time on-site position with a 4:00 PM–12:30 AM schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR or a related position.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (HR Information Systems).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding programs.
• Maintain employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
• Support the administration of employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence across the company.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
