Job summary

Medline is seeking an Associate HR Generalist for an onsite, Monday–Friday role in Texas. The position supports HR and management in delivering HR services, answering policy questions, and ensuring HR requirements are met.

The role requires flexibility for a multi-shift operation and may include travel up to 25% of the time. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee data, advising on HR policy, administering job evaluations and compensation, onboarding, and training program support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• HR support or administration experience.
• Travel up to 25% of the time for business (within state and out of state).

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support and maintain employee information.
• Assist management in maintaining positive employee relations.
• Coach employees and managers on interpretation of HR policy.
• Administer job evaluations and compensation programs for equity.
• Support organization development and job evaluation processes.
• Assist with salary and wage administration to ensure pay equity.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and selection of candidates.
• Conduct new employee onboarding processes.
• Identify training needs and support training programs.
• Partner with HR management on investigations and employee relations issues.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
• Represent the company at unemployment hearings when needed.
• Support leave of absence processes with the Leave of Absence team.
• Assist with administration of Worker's Compensation procedures.
• Lead return-to-work processes for employees.
• Support affirmative action programs.
• Audit and maintain current work authorizations.
• Maintain HR records and run headcount and training reports.
