Job summary

Asset Protection and Security Services, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for the El Paso Processing Center, El Paso, TX. The role ensures EPSPC and PPS operations comply with ACA, PBNDS, and local ICE policy.

Responsibilities include guiding benefits/compensation questions, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HRIS data, and supporting regulatory reporting. A strong background in HR policies and OFCCP compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in Human Resources positions across multiple functional areas.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and OFCCP requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Federal Public Trust Clearance (T-1 or T-2).
• Must meet physical requirements for the position.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in applicable field.

Responsibilities

• Advise employees and managers on benefits, compensation, recruitment, staffing, and policy interpretation.
• Assist in recruitment, screening applicants, and facilitating new-hire onboarding.
• Coordinate scheduling of temporary staffing resources with staffing agencies.
• Create and analyze HR reports and metrics to inform decisions.
• Lead HR projects and collaborate with department leaders to improve processes.
